Most of the time my toddler says really ridiculous things but occasionally he says something that actually sounds like good advice – like yesterday when he looked at me and my husband and said “Don’t forget to be happy.” I think we could all use that reminder these days! 💕
Hang in there, friends. Last week was hard for a lot of us but tomorrow starts a fresh, new week. ✨
Help! Paw Patrol is taking over my life these days and I find myself saying things like “I’m ready for a ruff ruff rescue” and “no job is too big, no pup is too small” way more than I’d like to admit. Can anyone else relate? No? Just me? 😬😂
I admit, I often complain about being stuck at home, but when I saw this quote somewhere recently, it really hit home (no pun intended 🤪). I’m so grateful to have a home and family to be safe with during this time of uncertainty. I hope this gives you a slight perspective change like it did for me, even though things are still not easy. 💕 #stayhome #staysafe
As part of the @get_hope Mina Project, Joy by Jess is making personalized, bunny-shaped tags for Easter baskets and place settings: https://www.etsy.com/listing/770875460/bunny-easter-basket-tags-easter-bunny?ref=shop_home_active_1
The parable of the Mina (Luke 19:11-27) encourages us to use our time, talents, and treasures to invest in the Kingdom of God.
In the spirit of this parable, Hope has entrusted my family with $40 of treasure to which Joy by Jess is applying time and talent. 100% of the proceeds will be given back to Hope.
Please help us in making the most of this opportunity and multiplying this investment!
Why is the anything part so hard?! ?
Hi friends! ?? I thought I’d pop in and take part in today’s round of #fridayintroductions since it’s been a while since I’ve shown my face! So, a few fun things about me:
1. I recently picked up a new hobby: barista-ing at our church’s coffee shop. I hardly even like coffee (even though I drink it every day) so this has certainly been interesting!
2. My guilty pleasure is watching MTV reality shows (yes, Jersey Shore is still a thing and yes, I think it’s still good!).
3. I started regularly working out after my son was born, but today I dropped him off at the gym childcare and am at the coffee shop on Instagram. ?
Happy Friday! Tell me something fun about you!
Less is more… unless you have a toddler and we’re talking about coffee. ?
