Today is World Mental Health Day, and as someone who has struggled with anxiety most of my life, I think this topic is extremely important to discuss. I might choose to post more about the topic later (there’s a teething little boy I need to tend to now), but for now, I encourage you (and me) to take time today to fill yourself up, because you can’t pour from an empty cup. Self care should be a priority in our lives so we can be the best moms, wives, friends, etc. to the ones we love most.
